Terms of use

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancies, the Italian version prevails.
1. Website operator and scope
The website https://armivarie.it (the “Website”) is operated by Armivarie di Simoni Mirco (“ARMIVARIE”), VAT no. 04454390289, REA PD-390913, registered office at Via Gauslino 12, 35028 Piove di Sacco (PD), with its shop at Via Gelsi 14/A, 35028 Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy, telephone +39 345 511 4310, email armivarie@gmail.com.
The Website presents the business, its services and a browsable catalogue of items. It is intended for consultation by adult users. Accessing and using the public features implies acceptance of these terms, within the limits permitted by law.
2. Information nature of the catalogue
The Website serves as a showcase and information catalogue. It has no cart, online payment, instant purchase, customer accounts or automatic order procedures. The presence of items, photographs, descriptions, prices or availability information does not in itself constitute an automatic purchase procedure, nor does it guarantee availability at the time of the request.
Information is updated carefully but may contain unintentional differences or inaccuracies. Features, conditions, prices and availability must be confirmed directly with ARMIVARIE before any agreement. Mandatory provisions on the accuracy of commercial information, consumer protection and seller liability remain unaffected.
3. Contact and distance requests
The contact details on the Website allow users to request information about items and services. A phone call or email requesting information is not a purchase and does not result in the release or delivery of a regulated item. Any contracts concluded at a distance are handled separately and only in the cases and according to the procedures permitted by applicable law.
For common firearms, Article 17 of Italian Law no. 110 of 18 April 1975 governs sales by mail order or by distance contract. Where the buyer does not hold the specific commercial authorisations provided for by that law, any collection of the firearm must take place at an authorised gun shop or firearms broker, in compliance with the required licences and formalities, including the relevant public security notifications. Direct delivery to the buyer's home in breach of the applicable rules is not provided for.
Procedures may differ for accessories, ammunition, pyrotechnic articles and other products, depending on their classification and on special provisions. In all cases ARMIVARIE verifies in advance the personal requirements, the licences and the lawfulness of the specific transaction. The presence of an item on the Website does not guarantee the right to buy or receive it.
Information about distance purchases does not replace any pre-contractual information and terms of sale that may be due for an individual transaction.
4. Age of majority and licences
The catalogue is intended for adults; the age confirmation screen requires a self-declaration that does not amount to verification of identity or age. Purchasing, possessing, transporting and keeping firearms, ammunition or other regulated items requires compliance with the applicable provisions and holding the necessary licences, where required.
Do not send identity documents or licences through the Website or by ordinary email: there is no document upload channel. ARMIVARIE will indicate, where necessary, the correct procedures for examining documentation.
5. Proper use of the website
Users undertake not to compromise the operation of the Website, not to attempt unauthorised access to the admin area or IT systems, not to use abusive data extraction techniques and not to send unlawful content. Uses permitted by law and by search engines remain allowed.
6. Rights to the content
Trademarks, logos, images, texts, graphic elements and software on the Website are used by ARMIVARIE or belong to their respective rights holders. Personal consultation is permitted; other uses require compliance with copyright law and any third-party rights. References to manufacturers' trademarks and models are descriptive and do not imply undeclared business relationships or endorsements.
7. External links
The Website may contain links to external services (for example directions via Google Maps). Use of such services is governed by the terms and policies of the respective providers. ARMIVARIE does not control third-party websites, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of law.
8. Availability and security
ARMIVARIE endeavours to keep the Website working and up to date, but may carry out maintenance, correct errors or temporarily suspend individual features for technical or security reasons. Liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including consumers' mandatory rights, is neither excluded nor limited.
9. Privacy and cookies
The processing of personal data and the use of storage tools are described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, always accessible at the bottom of every page. Preferences for optional services can be updated via the “Cookie preferences” link.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to users or consumers by applicable law. No provision establishes an exclusive jurisdiction in conflict with consumers' statutory rights.
11. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the Website and legislation evolve. The version in force and its update date are published on this page. For clarification: armivarie@gmail.com.
